KUALA LUMPUR: Activist Datin Paduka Marina Mahathir has failed to get a court order to compel Pertubuhan Ikatan Muslimin Malaysia (Isma) to give their evidence first in her civil suit against the group.
High Court Judicial Commissioner Rosilah Yop dismissed the verbal application by Marina’s defence team and instead ordered Marina to start her case first.
