IPOH: A detainee who escaped from the police while being taken to the Taiping Magistrate's court lock up Tuesday morning, surrendered himself at the Taiping police headquarters near here, by night time.
Taiping police chief ACP Yusuf Mohd Diah said the detainee, M. Surishkumar, 25, from Ipoh, surrendered himself at 11.30pm.
