PETALING JAYA: While the PAS hudud proposal is strongly opposed by Barisan Nasional component parties like MCA, Gerakan and SUPP, several Umno MPs have also expressed reservations about it.
Titiwangsa MP Datuk Johari Abdul Ghani said PAS should convince its Pakatan partners to support the move before tabling the Private Member’s Bill in Parliament.
