KUALA LUMPUR: Sidang Injil Borneo (SIB) lost in its bid to get a court order to challenge the seizure of religious books, which contained the word "Allah".
High Court judge Justice Zaleha Yusof dismissed the application by SIB and its Sabah president Reverend Datuk Jerry Dusing for leave for a judicial review on Monday.
