KOTA KINABALU: A shortage of ballot papers plunged the Tenom PKR division meeting into chaos on Saturday, forcing the division to call off the election.
Hundreds of angry delegates mobbed the interior division’s secretariat in an attempt to get their hands on the ballot papers that ran out after 300 ballots were given out to the delegates.
