KUALA LUMPUR: Upon hearing a woman admit to stealing a box of baby formula, a magistrate asked her if she was a mother.
To his surprise, Tong Wei Khun, 28, who pleaded guilty to stealing the 1.8kg box of milk powder worth RM102.90, said she stole it due to a psychological problem.
