PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia will highlight its case for a non-permanent seat on the United Nations Security Council during US President Barack Obama’s visit here beginning Saturday.
“We are ready to strengthen our engagement with the US as we grow into our role as one of the region’s ‘middle powers’. We’ll take this opportunity to highlight our bid during President Obama’s visit,” said Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Anifah Aman, Friday.
