PETALING JAYA: The United States and Russia are the top two countries with the most number of accidents and fatalities involving passenger aircraft.
Other countries on the Aviation Safety Network list among the top 25 countries are Canada, Britain, France, Indonesia, China, the Philippines, Germany and Australia.
