PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has sent back a divorce case between a former Miss Malaysia and her estranged tycoon husband to the High Court for a fresh trial.
Justice David Wong ordered the case of Pauline Chai Siew Phin, Miss Malaysia/International 1969, and Tan Sri Khoo Kay Peng back to the Kuala Lumpur family court before another judge because there were too many disputed facts in the appeal.
