KOTA KINABALU: Malaysian security forces have arrested a 57-year-old man who claimed to be a representative of the self-styled Sulu Sultan at a house in Lahad Datu district.
Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) director-general Datuk Mohamad Mantek said that the man held a photocopy of a Malaysian identity card.
