KUALA LUMPUR: A waiter was charged in a Magistrate's Court on Tuesday with outraging the modesty of an event planner early this month.
Hedayet Ulla, 27, was accused of molesting a woman, 28, by hugging and touching her right breast at Restoran Nerofico, Wisma Perintis in Jalan Dungun here at about 9.15pm on Apr 4.
