BESUT: An eight-month-old toddler choked to death after swallowing a two centimeter long screw at his home in Felda Selasih near here yesterday, police said on Sunday.
Besut Police chief Supt Kamaruddin Mohd Zakaria said the boy, Muhammad Adam Nazmi Yusmadi, was believed to have picked up the screw and put it into his mouth while playing with his two elder brothers aged three and five years at about 2.30pm.
