KUALA LUMPUR: Criminal hudud law has no place in multiracial Malaysia, says the MIC, reiterating the party’s stand against its implementation.
Party legal advisor Selva Mookiah said the issue with hudud law, which he claims certain quarters were bent on pushing, would create conflicts with the country’s secular criminal law system and the Federal Constitution.
