IPOH: The body of Michael Cornelius, who was killed along with DAP's Karpal Singh in a car accident, will be flown back to Vellore in South India for funeral arrangements after prayers on Saturday.
The flight is tonight at 10pm on MH180.
He leaves behind a wife, a son and a daughter, who are waiting to retrieve his body.
Among the people who were present to pay their last respects were DAP advisor Lim Kit Siang, and Karpal's two sons Ramkarpal, who survived the crash, and Man Karpal.
Michael, 39 and Karpal, 74, were killed when the car they were travelling in collided with a five-tonne lorry near Gua Tempurung on the North South Expressway here early Thursday.
Ramkarpal, who was in the car as well, and driver C. Selvam were injured.
