GEORGE TOWN: Barisan Nasional will study the Private Member’s Bill that PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang intends to table in Parliament to see if the implementation of hudud laws he is proposing for Kelantan is consistent with actual hudud punishment under Islam.
Barisan deputy chief Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said the coalition would make its stand only after scrutinising the Bill that would be tabled in the Dewan Rakyat in June.
