KUCHING: Sarawak police chief Deputy Commissioner Datuk Wira Muhammad Sabtu Osman nearly lost his composure when commenting on an alleged sex abuse case involving a six-year-old girl who died last Thursday.
He was choked up with emotion when talking about it, saying that it was a heart-breaking crime and not sane human action.
