JERTEH: The Road Transport Department (JPJ) will ensure that about 3.35 million motorcyclists in the country, who are riding without a valid licence, obtain the document within the next five years.
JPJ director-general Datuk Seri Ismail Ahmad said this would be done through the implementation of two programmes, namely myLESEN programme for youth and One Community One JPJ programme for those aged 40 and above in Sabah and Sarawak and above 45 in the peninsula.
