KUALA LUMPUR: Efforts to prevent lifestyle diseases will be more effective if these are community driven, said Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam.

Groups that initiated walks and tai-chi sessions can contribute in efforts to lower the high incidence of non-communicable diseases, he said.
