THIRTEEN beggars, including two street artistes who performed as “living statues”, were among those detained during a joint-operation against vagrants in Kuala Lumpur on Monday, Kosmo reported.
Both men, in their 20s, were arrested while performing in Jalan Bukit Bintang at 10pm.
