SEREMBAN: The Government has introduced additional cost-cutting measures for the public sector, one of which prohibits excessive spending during official ceremonies.
Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Ali Hamsa said all ministries, state governments, statutory bodies and agencies should be prudent in their spending when hosting such events from now on.
