BESUT: A Chinese tourist drowned at sea off the Pasir Panjang beach on Pulau Perhentian Besar on Monday.
Besut Police acting chief DSP Noorzainy Mohd Noor said on Tuesday that Liu Feng, 31, had gone to the sea with his wife and two friends at 5.30pm.
