Struys to offer tips on resolving differences in a partnership

KUALA LUMPUR: Celebrity Jojo Struys will be giving two talks at the Star Health Fair 2014.

Struys is the soothing voice behind the “Letting Go” guided audio relaxation series to help people de-stress, sleep better at night and become more mentally positive. She recently launched her first book, Jojo Struys’s Guide To Wellness, as part of the MPH Masterclass series and can be heard on Lite FM every day.

Her first talk will touch on relationships.

Titled “Relationships are hard work, so how do we keep the love going?”, she will offer advice on solving conflicts, improving communication skills and finding out whether your personality type complements or a clashes with your partner.

Struys will be offering tips on working through the differences in a partnership.

The talk will be held on Saturday at 11am.

Her second talk on Sunday, also at 11am, will focus on how to prevent stress.

Besides Struys’ talks, there will be loads of freebies and activities for families to test the body and mind. This year’s theme, “Let’s Live Great!”, aims to inspire Malaysians to lead a healthy lifestyle.

The fair is organised by The Star with Great Eastern Life as the event partner.

It will be held in Halls 1 to 3 of the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre from April 11 to 13.

The fair is open from 10am to 7pm. Admission is free.
