PETALING JAYA: A food basket programme, initiated by the Health Ministry for underprivileged malnourished children, has been found to benefit some well-off families, revealed 2013 Auditor-General's Report.
The report said that their physical audit visit in Batang Padang and Kota Kinabalu had shown that some of the recipients lived in their own houses, and some of the houses were comfortable and furnished.
