ALOR SETAR: An unemployed man, who is believed to have been suffering from cancer, was found drowned in a river near Pekan Cina here.
The body of Ching Kuan Peng, 51, was found floating in the river by two anglers, who were fishing by the riverbank when they spotted the body at 6pm on Saturday.
