Selangor govt accused of passing the buck over seized Bibles

PETALING JAYA: The Selangor government is “washing its hands” when it asked the Bible Society of Malaysia (BSM) to write to the Attorney-General for the release of 300 copies of the Bible seized in January, said a Christian group.

Describing the state government’s action as “passing the buck”, Christian Federation of Malaysia chairman Rev Dr Eu Hong Seng urged it not to delay the return of the Bahasa Malaysia and Iban-language Bibles to BSM.
