A BABY, with a note attached to the child, was left in front of a man’s house in Kuala Lumpur. The note read: “He is your baby. Please take good care of him.”
The note also stated the child was born on Jan 30, the Oriental Daily reported. Stunned by the discovery, the man called the welfare department for help.
