KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysians planning to apply for visas to India will have to go in person to the India Visa Application Centre (IVAC) here from Tuesday.
The Indian High Commission’s sole visa outsourcing agent IVS Global Services Sdn Bhd operations head K. Thangavelu said the introduction of biometric registration system would be for all nationals and for all categories.
