GEORGE TOWN: A High Court here has dismissed an appeal against the inadequacy of the RM30,000 fine imposed on General Accomplishment Sdn Bhd for carrying out illegal earthworks atop Bukit Relau.
Justice Zamani Abdul Rahim said in his decision that he had read the written submissions by the prosecution, and did not plan to interfere with the decision made by the Sessions Court.
