BALIK PULAU: Family members of Penang-born engineer Guan Hua Jin, 34, do not accept the announcement that flight MH370 landed in the southern Indian Ocean.
Her father Guan Kak Heng, 69, a watchmaker, appeared depressed but calm when met by reporters at his home in Bayan Baru on Monday night.
