SEREMBAN: Negri Sembilan Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan has expressed his satisfaction over the progress of tests conducted on the RM181mil Ngoi-Ngoi water treatment plant in Pantai, near here.
He said the three-month testing and commissioning process of the plant, which started on March 7, went smoothly before water was supplied to consumers.
