KUALA LUMPUR: The percentage of students who scored a perfect 4.0 cumulative grade point average (CGPA) was slightly higher under the new modular format introduced in last year’s Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) examination.
Of the 55,214 students who completed the exam last year, 492 (0.89%) candidates scored a CGPA of 4.0, compared to 442 (0.86%) in 2012.
