JOHOR BARU: A decision by a company selling second-hand clothing to use land at the hillside near Bukit Kempas here has resulted in controversy when photos of a huge pile of clothes were posted on Facebook.
A Facebook user claimed that the clothes were dumped there by “charity lorries” (charitable organisations that go around in lorries seeking recyclable items and donations).
