GEORGE TOWN: Daisies of various hues brought smiles to the recipients of the Penang Senior Citizens Appreciation Programme at a bank in Sungai Pinang here.
The programme, which brought thousands of eligible senior citizens to the bank to collect the RM100, included a stalk of daisy given out in conjunction with the International Women’s Day (IWD), which is celebrated annually on March 8.
