PUTRAJAYA: TV3 and a publisher have applied to set aside a decision by the Court of Appeal that ruled in favour of former Perak MB Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin, on grounds of an apparent bias by the lead judge who sat on the appeal panel.
TV3, also known as Sistem Televisyen Malaysia Berhad, and Rohani Ngah filed the notice of motion through the firm Messrs T H Liew & Partners at the Court of Appeal registry yesterday.
