KUALA TERENGGANU: Police have arrested a man, who is believed to be mentally ill, in connection with the vandalism of two mosques in Besut.
Terengganu police chief Datuk Jamshah Mustapa said the individual, 27, was nabbed in Besut at 5pm Tuesday based on security camera images and tip-offs.
