PETALING JAYA: Many Chinese have had their applications to join the police force rejected because of stringent entry requirements, said Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) vice-president Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye.
“Two months ago, I was approached by two who were eager to join but their applications were rejected due to this. I’ve also come across those who expressed difficulty in joining.”
