KOTA KINABALU: The body of a newborn baby boy was found at a garbage collection site of a public institute of higher learning (IPTA) in Jalan Sepanggar near on Monday.
The baby, with its umbilical cord still intact, was found in a shoebox wrapped in black plastic in a dustbin by Kota Kinabalu Municipal Council workers at about 10am.
