KOTA BARU: The law prohibits the disclosure of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the restructuring of the water supply industry in Selangor, said Mentri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim.
He said he did not inform Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) leaders about the MoU as he was bound by the law.
