Less than 10% attend assessment objection briefing session

KUALA LUMPUR: Less than 10% of 166,000 property owners protesting against the hike in assessment, attended the re-assessment objection hearing session conducted by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), said Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.

He said although DBKL had taken the initiative to conduct the sessions for the public to express their views and objections, the attendance was discouraging.
