KOTA BARU: Quick action by two men foiled an abduction attempt on an eight-year-old girl by two kidnappers in front of Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Kemuning, Pengkalan Chepa here on Monday.
Kelantan police chief Datuk Jalaluddin Abdul Rahman said in the 5.30pm incident, the two good samaritans who were passing through the area stopped when they saw two men struggling with a girl.
