PETALING JAYA: PKR strategic director Rafizi Ramli has said that he had no knowledge of the agreement signed between the Federal government and the State government to restructure the water industry in Selangor.
Rafizi told an online news portal that, Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim, had not informed the party about the deal with the federal government being signed on Wednesday.
