PETALING JAYA: Companies should not be held liable for the wrongdoings committed by its workers, said Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM).
In a statement, the ACCCIM called for in-depth consultation with the private sector and all stakeholders before the proposed legislation to hold companies liable for corruption activities involving their employees was introduced.
