JOHOR BARU: A Nepalese man was spared from the gallows after the High Court here found him not guilty of murdering his supervisor some two years ago.
Subir Gole, 27, was, however, sentenced to 10 years jail by Judge Datuk Abd Halim Aman under Section 304(b) of the Penal Code for unintentionally causing the death of Ming Ang Bakery Sdn Bhd supervisor Tan Ai Ping, 27, at around 8.20pm on Sept 6, 2012, at the shop along Jalan Sutera 3 in Taman Sentosa here.
