KOTA KINABALU: The police shot three armed intruders in Kampung Tanjung Batu in March last year as they failed to comply with the terms offered for surrender, a police VAT69 commando told the High Court here.

Insp Sahar Omar said the three men, armed with parang, were shot dead on March 6 during the “cutting-off operations” (to seal off Kampung Tanjung Batu).
