KOTA KINABALU: A police VAT69 commando said he did not see any of the Sulu gunmen holding a white paper or waving a stick with a white flag on it as an attempt by the intruders to communicate with the security forces.
Deputy Supt Anuar Rosli told the High Court that he did not receive any report from his men regarding such a thing.
