KUALA LUMPUR: The Hindu Rights Action Force (Hindraf) called on the government on Thursday to review the death penalty and revise the punishment for criminals on the death row.
Death row prisoner, Chandran Paskaran, 36, will be hanged on Friday despite decisions of the government to hold death sentences for the time being.
