KOTA KINABALU: Help is on the way for a 13-year-old rape victim girl with the state Community Development and Consumer Affairs Ministry confirm it will do all it can to help her return to school.
Minister Datuk Jainab Ahmad Ayid said the girl, who was the victim in a case involving convicted restaurant manager Riduan Masmud, and her family would also be given counselling by state Welfare Department officials.
