KOTA KINABALU: Brunei’s water villages, which are equipped with various facilities, will be used as a reference in the re-development programme of coastal settlements in Sabah, says the Sabah Eastern Security Command (Esscom).
Its director-general Datuk Mohammad Mentek said Brunei’s water villages provided infrastructure such as schools, clinics, police stations and fire stations for the inhabitants.
