PUTRAJAYA: Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s appeal against his involvement in Bersih 3.0 has been postponed after a separate court judgement rendered the matter academic.
His lawyer Ramkarpal Singh applied for the adjournment, claiming the magistrate order his client was attempting to have declared unconstitutional was already set aside by a separate Court of Appeal (COA) panel.
