JOHOR BARU: Traffic congestion occurred on the road leading to the Causeway via the Sultan Iskandar Customs, Immigration and Quaran-tine Complex (CIQ) at Bukit Chagar as thousands of Singaporeans headed home after the Chinese New Year holidays.
The roads leading to the CIQ yesterday afternoon were congested.
